Our office is in the Life Center Building. We are
the glass building South of Alta
View Hospital in Sandy, Utah. (Same side of the street) It is easy to find by
taking either 9400 South or 10600 South from I-15 to
1300 East.
We are located on the bottom floor. On the west side of
the building there are 8 medical patient parking
slots. These are for our patients. Our door is located
on the north west corner of the building.

We are open Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or
until we are done with the last scan. We are
closed on Holidays. |
